People & Performance Partner (UK & Australia)

We are looking for a generalist HR Business Partner, who will be supporting managers and employees based in the UK and Australia, with additional responsibility for coordinating and driving forward all recruitment (talent acquisition) activity across the Group.  The People & Performance Partner’s main purpose is providing sound HR advice to the business, ensuring our HR practices are in line with Autovista’s ethos and values, whilst maintaining compliance with local employment legislation and current HR best practice.  The role will also oversee HR administration, including the new starters and leavers processes, benefits administration, and providing payroll support for the region.  The P&P Partner will have support from the P&P Coordinator and Group P&P Admin (not direct reports).

Project Manager

We are looking for a Project Manager ready to hit the ground running as part of our Program Delivery Team. The Programme Delivery Team are responsible for managing and delivering strategic projects and programmes across Autovista Group using standard tools, processes and governance. This Project Manager will have responsibility for the day-to-day management of strategic projects throughout the full life-cycle; which includes establishing scope, planning and monitoring progress against agreed cost, quality and time constraints. This extends to planning and managing project resources, risks and issues. Active management and review of financial information relating to forecast and actuals will also be an essential part of the role.

The team provides a variety of IT services, including Infrastructure, End User Technology, L2 Application Support, Vendor Management and Testing services.
