If there is one buzzword that will define the automotive industry this year, it is collaboration. With financial pressures and technology races pushing carmakers to the limit, old rivalries are being forgotten and hands of friendship extended to face these challenges together.
But which automotive collaboration do you think will bring the most benefit to the industry? BMW and Daimler, two great German rivals, will be working together on mobility services and autonomous systems, while Ford and VW are partnering on commercial vehicles, electric vehicles (EVs) and autonomous technology.
Renault and Nissan will continue their alliance, one of the highest profile in the market, while PSA and FCA are journeying out on a new venture as a single entity.
