Car To Market Analyst

We’re looking for an enthusiastic, customer-oriented Analyst with an interest in the automotive industry to join our pan-European Car To Market & Consulting team. The "Car To Market” is a standardised consulting study, which provides advice to car manufacturers on how to optimise the launch and residual value performance of a new vehicle.

Key responsibilities:

  • Conduct detailed vehicle assessments for European markets, e.g. market-specific benchmarking of upcoming vehicle launches versus competitors for the vehicle model
  • Communicate with residual value analysts and local editors in our team regarding current information status, customer requirements and project progress
  • Participate in vehicle test drives, inspections and launch meetings for new vehicles and explain and defend the "Car To Market" study results in customer presentations
  • Coordinate the internal and external production process of our standardised "Car To Market" studies
  • Engage in continuous improvement of the product as well as customized consulting studies to get a deeper understanding of the automotive industry and to further develop Autovista Group’s thought leadership


Skills, Knowledge & Behaviours Required:

Essential requirements:

  • University degree in business administration, engineering, economics, statistics/mathematics or related field, or the equivalent educational off-/on-the-job training
  • Strong interest in automobiles and the automotive markets
  • Bilingual French/English with very good command of both languages, orally and in writing, with excellent report writing and presentation skills
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Efficient time management
  • Strong interpersonal skills (team spirit)
  • Curiosity and drive combined with a hands-on mentality and will to think out of the box
  • Driving license for passenger cars
  • Availability to travel

Desirable requirements:

  • Relevant work experience
  • Good knowledge of the French automotive market
  • Additional European language skills helpful (e.g. German, Italian, Spanish)
  • Very good knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint)
