We are looking for a Second Line Application Support Engineer to join our IT Operations team to provide a variety of IT services including Application support, Triage & Escalation, Provisioning, Analysis, Monitoring, operating systems support and internal & external customer support. You will act as a bridge between the Service Desk and Level 3 Infrastructure or Application support & Development teams.
