Head of Service Management


UK/Spain/Slovakia/Austria/Germany & Remote

The Service function in the Technology team is part of a wider Technical Services and Group Technology team that provides a variety of responsibilities. These include Infrastructure, Service Desk, L2 Application Support, vendor management and Testing. The Service Management role is specifically responsible for the L2 Team and Service, Problem and Major Incident Management. As a key head of the team, the role is responsible for delivering Service Management across Group Technology which the CTO is responsible for. The role ensures the right prioritisation and action is taken by the correct Support teams, regularly reporting on performance and proactively improving processes to enable the Group Technology to remain the center of excellence.

Key Account Manager

We are looking for a Key Account Manager to join Autovista Group’s Sales team. Autovista’s Sales function is comprised of New Business and Account Management focused teams.  The Sales team is made of Key Account Managers, a Sales Assistant and a Commercial Director.  The sales team are responsible for generating the company’s sales revenue, developing existing accounts and managing our key and mid-tier client relationships.

Business Development Sales Executive



The primary objective of the Business Development Sales Executive is to deliver sales revenue (new business and previous customers) in line with, or in excess of, targets within designated small to medium-sized accounts.  The role will generate sales by selling a portfolio of digital products through telephone and online-based communication methods to the relevant decision makers across our jurisdictions in the automotive and related industry sectors.  The role will work closely with other departments, including marketing, product, editorial, customer service and finance to ensure open, clear and concise communication of relevant information between teams.  The BD Sales Executive must at all times represent our business with integrity and professionalism, and selling approaches must conform to the ‘Autovista Way of Selling’.
