Customer Service & Data Support

Location: Italy

Summary of role:

This role is responsible for providing technical customer support for both internal and external counterparties. This includes ensuring the IT systems in the Italian office are performing effectively and in line with local regulations. Additionally, this person will manage the technical relationship with the Italian licensee. 




  • Providing first level support to clients with products issues 
  • Ticket management through Salesforce
  • Supporting the Sales Department in all stages of the sales process
  • Local product management: liaison person between International PM's and clients

Data Support  

  • Supervision of IDD production
  • Editorial Plan for Equipment data 
  • Green data sourcing
  • Provide support to Valuation Management for data consistency
  • Organising of data-sets for clients’ support purposes

Information Technology 

  • Coordination of IT support to ensure the workflow continuity according to BCP / BAU
  • Wi- Fi Router, Firewall and Network management


  • Collection point for new policies and dissemination within the Italian team
  • Ensure that guidelines are observed
  • Proactive management of Business Continuity Plan (BCP) and Disaster Recovery Plan (DRP)

Technical Relationship with the Italian Licensee

  • Ensure data consistency in respect of the Autovista Group's standards 
  • Continuous communication with the Italian licensee 

Experience, skills and abilities:

  • Fluency in Italian and English; a third European language (preferably German or Spanish) is an advantage
  • Strong communication skills - verbal and written
  • Problem analysis and problem-solving
  • Attention to detail and high level of accuracy
  • Customer focused
  • Able to adapt to changing environments
  • Initiative
  • MS Office (Excel, Access, Word etc.)
  • Proficiency in Tableau is an advantage
  • SQL knowledge is an advantage
  • Understanding of automotive sector is an advantage
  • Education: Computer Science degree or equivalent
