Telesales Agent

Location: Vienna, Austria

Summary of role:

We are looking for a Telesales Agent to work on generating new customers and ensuring the up-/cross-selling for the existing customers.


Key responsibilities:

  • Contact the interested parties and customers via phone
  • Generate leads for the sales representatives in a new and existing customer areas to achieve sales targets
  • Coordinating and organising customer appointments for the sales representatives
  • Sale of our product range via phone
  • Participation at fairs
  • Maintenance and documentation of customer data within the company‚Äôs CRM system (Salesforce)
  • Participating in defined particular projects (like marketing and sales projects as part of customer care)
  • Participate in customer satisfaction surveys


Skills, Knowledge & Behaviours Required:

  • Completed commercial education or equivalant
  • Work experience in customer acquisition by phone
  • Good communication skills and customer focused
  • Dynamic personality with dedication, vigour and ambition
  • Able to work independent, precise and reliable
  • Good knowledge of the MS Office product portfolio (knowledge of Salesforce would be an advantage)
  • Good technical understanding (experience in the automobile industry would be an advantage)
  • Fluent in German language, both orally and in writing, as well as basic knowledge of the English language
