Sales Support

Location: Germany

Summary of the role:

We are currently looking for a Sales Support to assist and support the team of Key Account Managers in Germany.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Support of the Key Account Manager team
  • Preparation and provision of sales documents (such as offers, draft contracts, and release process inputs) including control function in the order process
  • Interface to customer service, legal and debtor management
  • Continuous control and status review of existing contracts
  • Preparation of always up-to-date sales documents in cooperation with the national and international product management and maintenance of the sales toolbox together with the customer service
  • keep Sales database on track (salesforce.com)
  • Planning and organization of key account events (seminars, trainings, KAM meetings)
  • Provision of reports

 

Experience, skills and abilities:

  • Completed commercial education (or equivalent) or Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business Administration)
  • Very good MS Office package experience (Experience in using Salesforce.com would be beneficial)
  • Fluent in German and English; spoken and written
  • Very good communication and organizational skills
  • Independent, structured and customer-oriented way of working
  • Calm and relaxed, even when it gets stressful
  • First experiences in the automotive sector desirable
