Customer Service France & Benelux

Location: Paris, France

Summary of role:

We are currently looking for a Customer Service to interact with customers to provide and process information in order to response to inquiries, concerns and requests about products and services. Furthermore, the new person provides assistance to customers with questions and complaints, gives customers information about products and services, take requests and process returns. 



  • Provide first level customer support in France and Benelux
  • Deal directly with customers either by telephone, electronically or face to face
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries
  • Handle and resolve customer complaints
  • Obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle product and service inquiries
  • Perform customer verifications
  • Set up new customer accounts
  • Direct requests and unresolved issues to the designated resource
  • Keep records of customer interactions
  • Record details of inquiries, comments and complaints, as well as to record details of actions taken
  • Prepare and distribute customer service activity reports
  • Communicate and coordinate with internal departments
  • Provide feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process


Experience, skills and abilities:

  • Fluent in French and English; Flemish is an advantage
