Customer Service Agent

Location: Pfaeffikon, Switzerland

Summary of role:

We are looking for a Customer Service Agent to provide support to the customers ensuring all queries are managed confidently and efficiently. The team plays an essential role in coaching and advising our sales representatives in forms of bringing the customer’s view into all conversations across the business.

 

Key responsibilities:

  • Independent processing of written or verbal customer queries about our products and services in German and French
  • Support of our sales representatives within the scope of sales projects in administrative matter
  • Maintenance of customer data in CRM systems (Salesforce.com)
  • Recording, charging, archiving and continuous updating of data, online and coorperation contracts including management of data subscription list
  • Encash of accounts receivables and maintaining contact to external accounts receivable management
  • Processing order and termination as well as interface to sales representatives

 

Skills, Knowledge & Behaviours Required:

  • Successfully completed commercial education or equivalent
  • Excellent German and French language skills
  • Work experience in customer support and in a service environment
  • Distinctive customer focus and ability to work in a team
  • Exactness and reliability
  • Assertiveness as well as a structured and independent working method
  • Good knowledge of MS Office-products (Word, Excel), experience in handling CRM systems would be an advantage
