Customer Service Advisor & Bookkeeper

Location: Ljubljana, Slovenia

Summary of role:

We are looking for the Customer Service Advisor & Bookkeeper to join our team in Slovenia. Main responsibilities will include daily communication with the customers, manual renewal of licenses in the old CPM system, activation of new users, and adding tokens to EMA Online. The role will also be responsible for independent accounting and bookkeeping work.


Key responsibilities:

  • Preparing and issuing offers in the CPM system
  • Manual renewal of licences in the CPM system based on the payment received
  • EMA Online: entering new customers and users, monitoring the status of users (active, inactive), activating the tokens, monitoring the use of the tokens
  • Preparation and submission of reports for the requirements of the Statistical Office of the Republic of Slovenia (STOR/M, PT, POSL-P/ČL, INOV, ČPPS)
  • Preparation of e-invoices
  • Preparation of received invoices for payments
  • Keeping record of and controlling deferred payments - old vs. new system
  • Manual import of amortization and depreciation into the SUN system
  • Control of automatic amortization and depreciation within the SUN system
  • Preparation of reports for the Finance and Sales Managers


Skills, Knowledge & Behaviours Required:

  • High school graduate
  • A self-starter
  • Able to demonstrate strong organisational skills
  • Good communication skills and customer focused
  • Able to work independent, precise and reliable
  • Good knowledge of the MS Office product portfolio
  • Fluent in Slovenian, Croatian and English languages, both orally and in writing
