The Group Data Analytics Team Lead is the owner of several automotive business information databases, data warehouses and analytical cubes (On-premise as well Cloud). Working with operational, development and research and statistics teams, the post holder is responsible for ensuring Data Quality, Standards, Access, Governance, Availability, Performance and Literacy, further evolving and growing the data sets as the business demands, as well as promoting the use of the data and tools. The role manages our use of data visualisation technologies and tools (e.g. Tableau). The role supports data standardisation and quality improvements across the business.

We are looking for three enthusiastic HR Administrators to support our HR Business Partners in Spain and Slovakia!  

Our People & Performance Team, part of the People function at Autovista Group, provides strategic and operational HR advice and administration to our managers and wider workforce.  Our People team supports all aspects of employee wellbeing and performance – from core people practices and processes; to benefits and rewards; to the ways that we work; to how we communicate; to learning and career development.

The People & Performance (HR) Administrators are the first point of contact for People (HR) queries from managers and employees.  They will support the People & Performance Partners (HRBP’s) by providing HR administration support, including managing new starters and leavers processes and benefits administration, providing payroll and recruitment assistance, and offering some HR advice to staff.  These roles also have responsibility for keeping our HR database up-to-date with people data for the Group.  Additionally, the People & Performance Administrators will be involved in supporting HR projects for individual European countries or Group-wide initiatives, as required. 

The People & Performance Administrators will be based in either Madrid or Bratislava.

Salesforce DevOps Specialist

The Salesforce DevOps Specialist is a key member of the team dedicated to ensuring that we maximize operational efficiency and capitalize on the full features and benefits of Salesforce for our commercial gain. Their prime responsibility is to ensure the integrity of the live Salesforce environment and be the “Gatekeeper” who determines what does and does not get released. Keeping their knowledge up to date on features of new releases and AppExchange solutions and using their advanced technical understanding of the platform, the Salesforce DevOps Specialist will identify areas for improvement in functionality and usage of the platform, implement the required changes, and provide training to end users ensuring adoption of company best practice.  Additionally, the DevOps Specialist will undertake ad hoc projects and oversee basic updates assigned to the L1 Support team, ensuring prompt resolution.

Group Database Administrator

The role is a hands-on DBA role, with a primary focus on managing and supporting the MS SQL, MySQL and Maria-DB databases across the Autovista Group. Database administration includes capacity planning, installation, configuration, database design, migration, performance monitoring and tuning, security, troubleshooting, as well as how the data is stored, ensuring data backup and data recovery routines are effective. The role requires someone who is enthusiastic, has expert knowledge in MS SQL and My SQL/Maria DB, Cloud and ideally other database technologies such as Oracle and Informix.
